I don’t know which thread to post this in so it’s going here.
I have a question about egg storage. I know the answers to the questions about washed v. unwashed and refrigerated v. unrefrigerated but the thing I can’t seem to find an answer to is this… If I keep my eggs out on the counter for a couple of weeks and THEN put them in the refrigerator are they still good in the fridge for the same amount of time (3 months) as if they had been in there from the beginning? Like, did leaving them out on the counter first speed up the aging process and reduce the amount of time they will be good in the fridge? I hope my question is understood because this has been making me crazy.
lol
