I think I’ve lost this egg- confirm?

I am 12 days in and while candling I noticed that this one looks very different than the others. There are not nearly as many blood vessels and there looks like what could be a partial blood ring in some areas. I was going to call it a definite dud, but it looks as though the darkest spot may be moving (or maybe just floating?) Can anyone say for sure if this egg is gone? And if there is any obvious sign of what may have gone wrong? (Air cell, etc…) Thank you!!
