I think my duck swallowed a piece of metal in a bra strap

Hello! What should I do? There's no exotic vet near me, and I'm worried it might get stuck or he gets metal poisoning. I'm so anxious. Pls help

Oh okay I was thinking of another part my bad!

I think he should just poop it out. It is the size of a large piece of grit. Unless he stops pooping, he should be fine.

It's not sharp, so it shouldn't cut him. One of my chickens ate probably about a inch of a cut zip tie and I saw it in her poop a week or two later. @Eggcessive or @Wyorp Rock can most likely confirm!

At least it wasn't one of the long crescent shaped metal wires!!

I think many times chickens eat items they find and we never know about them. I keep a closed container where I pick up small pieces of glass, plastic, and metal. Some pine shavings have had shredded plastic in them. Any dropped nails, screws, nuts and bolts, staples, and earrings are things they will snatch up and swallow. About all you can do is watch the droppings and look through them. Hopefully, she will be alright.
