Well, actually, it is a well known phrase that socialogists, anthropologists and psychologists have studied for generations. While many times said by the male species, it is more often thought or sub-consciously felt. It first appears in early childhood, many times first spoken as "I didn't do it". This "baby talk" soon develops into a general resistance to following simple requests and then morphs into a full blown "I won't do that", "It's not my job" and, my personal favorite, "Huh? What?". Efforts are underway to develop a vaccine or cure to this systemic problem, but so far most males of the species seem to be uncurable. Quite sad, really.
