If a silkie has blue on there earlobe does that equal a roo?

I realize this is a very old post, but can anyone tell me at what age can you start to see their ear lobes? I just picked up 12 silkies that are about 3 1/s weeks old now and Im wondering when I should expect to see some lobe lol
