I'm at a complete loss

Could you put the link of your previous post, might be a clear picture of your little hen, and wearing sling as well.

Is she pooping normal?

As she is not wanting to be held now and not laying eggs as well. This is not positive.

As long as she is eating is a good sign, like BigBlueHen 53 says have a friend with her for company and support, might be a little area where she can stretch her legs. She will do what she can, monitor her closely and make changes to help her.

Like Chickengr says it might be nerve injury and it takes time to heal.

Might be let her float in a warm bath of water for a little bit, in water she will float and this also give her some exercises without further injuring her legs. Afterward dry her with a towel and blow dry her so she is all dry.

If you have epsom salt, then give her an float epsom salt bath, just float in water, not having a bath. Epsom salt relax her.

Is it possible to ask your parents to take her to the Vet?

Please let us know how she is.
I am thinking of your little hen and you.
There is an avian vet down the road from me but my mum says he is quite dear, it's also not a good time for my mum as she's very stressed and is on stress leave from work after dealing with a difficult boss. She also said she can't afford the vet for my chook

She is also pooping normal and I will do the baths thank you, but I can only socialise her with other chickens every second week because my parents are divorced and my dad is the only one with chickens and I have to take her with me.

On page 1 of this post @Sondraa is posting to contact her if you need a vet.
You do your best with what you got. You have been good to your little hen.
I hope the bath help ease her legs issue. Do the bath float a few times whenever you can. It does not have to be long each time, you make that judgement how long by seeing how well she is doing.

Please let us know how your little hen is doing. Thinking of you both.

I noticed in the previous thread, @Eggcessive had also give you some assistance. Eggcessive is the Educator here. Might be eggcessive can assist you again.

It is hard to know what wrong with your little hen. Try the bath see how she goes. Is there an animal rescue organisation near you? they might have a vet there....I am just guessing that they might be able to help.

She is pooping normal is a good sign.

She has been on a diet of grain, mealworms, vitamin E, and B complex for two months, but I've recently slowed down the amount of vitamins I'm giving her since I doubt it's vitamin deficiency causing this.

Sorry I forgot to mention, the other as well as her have vegetables and egg mixed in 😭 sorry. But I will head down to fatmstock to buy some actual feed tysm!!
I would continue with the Vitamins as suggested on your other thread and feed her a nutritionally balanced poultry feed.

Sometimes an injury or condition can take a good while to recover from. Unfortunately, sometimes for whatever reason, a bird may never recover completely and all you can do is provide supportive care.

Better pick of her in sling, I have tried multiple different slings but I find this one works best for her (the weird stuff in the water is vitiman E, it's in her food too and I already gave her a dose of B12) sorry I haven't picked up actual feed yet, I promise to do it in the next week!!! Also I gave her a couple earthworms I found while gardening if you see the last one 😭
