Impacted Crop Help

Hi all! Frida girl seems to have an impacted crop. It’s my first time dealing with something like this. We brought her inside yesterday, massaged it frequently, and gave her olive oil. Overnight she pooped 3 times. This morning when I went in to check on her her crop had definitely improved but now instead of feeling hard it felt liquidy and she gurgled a bit when I massaged it. Does this mean she also has sour crop? What should I do now? She’s been drinking water this morning and I just brought her in a raw egg. She’s my favorite chicken and I’ve been debating whether or not to take her into the vet. She still is not feeling good (hunched and closing her eyes) but I think (??) better than yesterday?

How old is she? Has she laid an egg recently?

It's good some poop moved through.
Did you see anything in the poop like bits of grass or undigested grain that could have caused an impaction? If her crop has become sour you will smell it when you open her beak.

It's hard to know if she has an impaction that is slowing her crop emptying or if she is having some other internal problem that has created swelling and slowing the crop.

There were a few pieces of undigested grains. She’s 2 years old. I don’t know if she’s laid an egg recently. If she’s not much improved by the morning I’ll take her into the vet
