Impacted crop on 5 day old chick???

I have a 5 day old chick, her crop is big and firm and she doesn’t have pasty butt. Is there anything I can do to save her? They are on medicated chick crumble and I have the electrolyte and probiotic in the water. Help!

What type of bedding are they on? Was it like that last night? Seperate her out without food overnight to see if it goes down.
