In the market for a new incubator!

I had 11 out of 12 eggs hatch on my first batch of eggs when I tried out my 1588.
If you decide on a 1588, Incubator Warehouse probably will give you the best price in they would be shipping to you from Idaho.
With shipping added to the price they ended up being cheaper for me than Cutler.

Krista, you are just south of us when you were in Moscow

I live in Hayden, Idaho which is a bit further north in the Panhandle.

Add water every 4 day and if you have the water reserve tank you don't have to add water at all except for the first day. Its amazing, 100% of the time it is 99.5* and it holds a 54-56% humidity. It has a LCD screen and a computer monitoring system. But you have to have $700 laying around LOL

I know what you are going through with your little giant as we have two. I bought a Brower Top Hatch for $60 from a guy on Craigslist. I had him plug it in and saw that it was working but when I got it home the temp kept going over 111 degrees so we contacted the company for advice. They sent us a new control panel free and my boyfriend put it in, cleaned everything up, greased the gears...well the darn thing still wouldn't keep the temp down. We contacted the company again they said to send them the incubator...it cost me $17 to ship it to them and one week later I had a almost new incubator that works perfect at NO COST TO ME! I have no problems with the temps in this it never moves and we do not have a/c in our house. I would highly recommend the Brower Top Hatch to anyone. It comes with a fan and a pie shaped turner and a light is your heat source. They cost $180 new on Ebay. It is plastic also with a clear lid!

I would be one VERY HAPPY girl if I could own a sportsman!!! Its my dream to own one someday. But I just moved back home and its a temporary fix until I go back to college in a year, so mom and dad might not be too happy with me if I got one

Unless they make smaller models than the ones I have seen. Is it the cabinet one?
