Worst case scenario, it shouldn't be hard to find someone who wants roosters for dinner.
When I first started hatching I was afraid I would never be able to cull a cockerel that I hatched and raised. They're so sweet when they're just chicks.
The reality turned out to be that once hormones hit, cockerels will eventually became so obnoxious and toxic, that culling them is just finding peace once again.
Hatching more cockerels allows you to chose the one that appears to be more gentlemen than all the others.
