Incubator temp vs independent thermometer temp

@Mellowmalt thus is the second or third time you've 'no offenced' my calibration advice.

Other than shooting in the dark, how would you suggest checking you thermometers accuracy.

no offence mark, but sj please ignore any advice to calibrate a thermometer with ice.
You'd be better off shoving it up your bum and using your body heat to calibrate it but I would not recommend either method as being scientifically accurate.

Ice baths are how they calibrate thermometers in Chemistry--that and boiling water--what the heck are you on about?
