Injured duck

Thank you so much! I want to keep her, I have a back yard that I can make it safe for her to stay and getting a female duck is a good idea do you know where I can purchase adult ducks?
One more question, when I put antibiotics to her eyes, first I wash it with saline water and then apply ointment. it seems her eyes get worse. am I doing something wrong?

Hello, I don't see much improvement, she is limping and likes to sit down. I placed her in the bathtub filled with water, she can swim and move her legs, but she can't walk on land.
