Injured foot - eggs ok to eat?

Hi,
We had a hen that injured one of its toes...we don't know how it happened but we noticed one day that our hen had a toe nearly torn off. Eventually the toe did fall off. The hen appears to have healed and is now moving around normally. We did not do any sort of doctoring. She is now laying eggs again. Are the eggs ok to eat?
