I have a sweet Hen "Phin" whom i believe has dislocated her leg. She has a swollen elbow for and lips and walks with on foot behind the other as if she's walking a tight rope. I have tried soaking in Epsom salts every day and wrapping it. It has been quite a few months like this but with the cold weather upon us she struggles to get to the food and water without being pushed aside by her coop mates. I have he quarantined inside for the last week but would really like to see if there is anything I can do to help the leg.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
If it's been months, it's unlikely that there's anything much that can be done for her other than to accommodate her needs. You might want to create an area within the coop and run where she can be placed with her own food and water and very fluffy bedding so that she does not have to struggle to get food. Even if you only have her in that space for part of every day she'll be able to relax, rest and get adequate nutrition.
