I've had multiple sleep studies and all have the same result. CPAP. Sleep apnea. I still have insomnia outbreaks from time to time. I tolerate melatonin quite well. Can't take sleeping pills as they conflict with pain meds.In Germany we have something called sleep laboratory , they connect you with wires to a lot of machines and try to find out what causes your lack of sleep, you have different sleep cycles, I think 3, the deepest sleep is when you really sleep and recuperate, sometimes, sleeplessness is caused by a certain kind of depression , I know why I can’t sleep, and I have bad reactions to lots of medicine which would help me sleep ( melatonin, CBD …) it is 1:20 am right now, thank God for the internet![]()
Last night was restless and the afternoon nap was a failure. Insomnia is a pain that a pill will not reach.
