We turn our AC way up high during the summer during the day and turn it down just low enough to sleep at night. Upwards of 80 by day and 74-75 at night. During the winter sometimes the thermostat is set on 66 at night and 68 by day. I sleep far better in the winter than I do in the summer. If with cool nights their is no guarantee I will sleep but the odds are in my favor. I have a lot of those German genes along with some French and others that do not like hot weather. I don't like bitter cold weather either. A high of 76 and a lot of 66 year round would suit me.

Most if the Germans LOVE hot weather and start complaining the instant a little rain is coming down or the days ( finally ) cool down , I married one if them 🤪, he sleeps in a terry pyjama when it’s 86 and under a Feather duvet!!!

60’s year round would be PERFECT for me. I am overly hot usually. Sometimes I even sweat in the winter…I’m not sure why.

A miracle occurred last night. I logged 10 hours and 4 minutes of straight through sleep last night. That doesn't happen more than once in a decade. Now after having a very light lunch I need a nap. I think my brain tires faster than the rest of my body does.

Wow! Impressive! I slept pretty good last night too.

3am here. Awake with awful heartburn. Just ate some tums. Hoping I can get right back to sleep.
Good morning!
I am up too. I woke with a burning throat from post nasal drip.

I hope you can get back to sleep soon. I am almost ready to try to myself now that my throat isn't on fire as bad.
