Introducing chicks to flock (hatched under Broody Hen)

Well I let them all out daily now and whilst everyone had a little peck at everyone else, no bloodshed or feathers were pulled so I think this will get better and better over time. Thanks for your suggestions, I do let nature do it's thing and I don't interfere with the pecking order as hard as that is to do!
