Hello you can call me Stourmy, pronounced just like stormy.
I plan to get a small flock of colorful egg layers sometime soon.
If I could have as big a flock as I wanted I would own a mixed flock of Easter Eggers, Barred Rock, Sussex, Sex links, Austra White, and Australorps in all the colors available, partially based on what chicks I can buy locally.
Technically I have never owned chickens as my mom had a flock when I was pretty young and I barely remember egg hunting. I do tend to fall into the rabbit whole when it comes to my animals so I am fairly confident that I am ready for chickens.
I live with my husband, our 3 adult children, a dog, a cat, and a few meat rabbits. I have a variety of crafts, like quilting and diamond painting, to keep me busy.
