Is chicken manure rich in nitrogen?

I’ve always heard that each animal’s manure is rich in set nutrients. I was wondering if diet would change the nutrient content in their manure?
I feed my flock fermented all purpose feed and fruit (mamey, melon, papaya, etc).

I clean out my coops in the fall and then age the litter and manure over the winter for use in the flower and garden beds the next spring and summer. This has worked very well for me. And if you by chance can get some horse or pony manure mixed in with it so much the better.
