In the future if you notice one making a hole and not actually zipping but continuing to make that hole bigger than there's usually a problem like it's probably stucks so you would have to help soon.

I didn’t actually realised it had pipped at all because the spot it had pipped from was stuck to the bottom of the incubator it was only when I noticed the other eggs rolling around that this one was stuck. Do you mind if I send you a photo of the strange white substance that was on her head to see if you think she may have been sick?
