Is it normal for a 72 days old baby rooster to crow?

I don't know what breed this chicken is, hopefully I get the answer for this question too. The main surprising fact is that I've never seen a rooster which is not even a 3 months old crow like that. Does it mean this rooster has reached maturity and starts mating in a matter of days? If not, when can we expect that? If there's any issues with the chicken of this kind please let me know.

They can crow that early. Some cockerels crow as early as 3-4 weeks of age.

Thank you. Can you tell me the breed of this rooster? And how long after will it start mating?
From what I can tell he is a Light Sussex. Some cockerels will start attempting to mate at 15 weeks old. Others may not mate until over 20 wo, especially if there is an older rooster present that keeps them from the girls.
