Maybe a stupid question but I just came back from my grandparents house and they didn’t tell me until the end that they think they have it now I’m wondering if it can somehow go to chickens? (Ye i know bird and swine flu are a bit different but I’m paranoid lol)
Is it possible for chickens to get sick from swine flu?

It probably depends on the strain. It is widespread in North and South America, Europe and Asia. This year, in the US there are 3 strains.
Viruses can jump species occasionally. This year's version of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) has jumped species more than normal.
Swine flu is caused by the type A influenza virus. Type A is not a reportable disease so likely not enough known about it to answer your question.
