Is it possible to import eggs from another country?

Hi there!

I'm wondering if it's posisble to buy fertile eggs for example in the US and import them to South America. I'm from Chile and apparently we don't have marans here.. I would love to have some in my folk in order to have those beautiful dark brown eggs

Did someone of you import/export eggs? If yes, it would be great to hear/read how did you do that!

I don't know if that's possible...
Probably would be quite expensive but may be possible.
Other chickens such as "Barnevelders, Welsummers, Marans, Penedesenca, and Empordanesas all lay very dark brown eggs."
Maybe those would be worth looking into to cut down on cost?
