I have a rooster showing signs of gapeworm (difficulty crowing, open mouth breathing, shaking head) and a hen showing respiratory illness (bubbly eye, wheezy breathing that almost sounds like snoring). Not sure who the poos belong to, but some of the poo is yellowish, which I’ve heard can indicate worms. Several birds appear to have lost weight but no other symptoms. I had started the flock on safeguard today, and this was also day 4 of Corid as they were having bloody poo. The bloody poo has stopped. I am wondering if I can treat the respiratory with Tiagard at the same time as the safeguard? It looks like you shouldn’t mix it with Corid, so I plan to start it Saturday if I can use it with the Safeguard as Friday will be the last day of Corid.
