Hey friends,
We have two Black Jersey Giants pullets from our local feed store. They are 6 weeks old. One has tail feathers like all of the rest of the hens and the other has pointy tail feathers. I don’t see much difference in the combs but am a total newbie and could be over thinking. I know the JG are slow developing and time will tell! Opinions?

(Unrelated follow up question. Am I missing the difference between a post and a thread? I am still learning to navigate around here.)
 
Ok, here is that picture of her light colored feathers. Is it too early to see the beginnings of where spurs will be? I could be wrong but it looks like little dots on her legs starting where the spurs would be if they were coming. Unless it’s way too early to tell that still and I’m looking to hard. Experts?
