Is our chick dead?!

Monday we got this chick we warmed it up and rescued it once but we just found it again it doesn’t seem to be moving or breathing

Warm it up again - stuff it in your bra ( ) or something near to body heat or warmer. They can be tenacious little things...
How does it stray away from the heater? If it survives you may have to restrict its area so it can't wander off and die.

We bought them just hatched from a local farm and brought them home to be fosters for our broody hens, we don’t have roosters so our hens can’t have their own chicks.
There 3, but on Monday before we could sneak them in to their new moms, I found this one away from the others, barely breathing. I warmed it back up and put it back with its siblings and it seemed fine. They all took to their adoptive moms, and this one was fine at 9:15, but by 10 we found it on its own by the chick water dish.
On Monday at least it was still moving a little and breathing. Now... nothing

Try warming it for a few hours, sometimes they take a while to come back to life...
Just to note, if you can save it and it is a 'poorly chick' the mama hen may not brood it, so be prepared.

I have to head back to work, so I’ve placed it under a different broody hen, separate from the other hens and chicks, since they are starting to get up and explore with their other chicks. Hopefully that warm momma body will do the trick. Ugh, we’ve lost 3 chicks in the past, but they just disappeared. This is first dead-ish body. We’ll have to have a funeral.

If it does pass, make sure you bury it deep otherwise something will dig it up....

Sorry for your loss. Sometimes they just don't make it and we never know why. Always remember you tried your best.
