Is that a rooster... Speckled Sussex

So my chicks are now almost 4 months. This is a rooster correct. Speckled Sussex. I have another and no way as much facial flange and the feathers are different. Also his/her saddle feathers, if I am identifying them properly. Have a white tip and black band before the tip. The other one doesn't.

Really she/he looks so different from my other female. I hope your right. I really want it to be a pullet. Like you said prettiest one I got.

Female. I have a male SS and female. This one looks female. But, post pics from the side, while bird is standing.
