Is this 11wk old actually a Rooster?

I purchased 16 pullets middle of January from Meyer hatchery. They were just random mix of chicks all pullets. The older this girl is getting I’m starting to wonder if she’s a cockerel. She’s much bigger than the rest of them that are the same age and her combs getting pretty pink just in the last week. She’s 11weeks old. Also any guesses on breed? Splash Americana?

He does look splash, just with a lot of red leakage. He’s an Easter Egger.
