A BJG should have slate legs, yellow skin. Are you saying the bird in the pics above have willow colored legs?
I know. Yes, it's legs are willow. That indicates yellow skin. If it is a Jersey Giant, should it have slate legs? Yes, but with hatchery birds quality can deviate. I just made the willow comment to note that skin color is obvious. The difference between willow and slate with yellow skin is simply more or less dermal pigment. It's a bit of a spectrum, all based on yellow skin. This bird has a bit less leading to a green (willow) color.
