Is this a gapeworm??

One of my runner ducks was separated from her flock and is a bit lethargic. We thought she might be having issues laying a big egg as she seemed to be straining. We brought her up to the house and gave her a soak in warm Epsom salt bath. No egg, but when we took her out, she had a black watery poop and it had a bit of blood and this little wriggling worm (?) In it. Possibly a gapeworm?
They are free ranging ducks, so lots of snails/slugs in their diet. No gasping/abnormal breathing. Appetite is still good.
Thoughts?
