Is this a pullet or cockerel?

We bought this chicken at Tractor Supply as a "Premium Pullet" (supposed to be guaranteed pullet) Speckled Sussex. It 100% is NOT a SS. It's got thick legs, which always made me lean toward cockerel. A chicken breeder friend of mine is a little suspicious about it as well.

We have come to the conclusion that we think it's a Starlight green egger.
