Is this Bumble foot? There is no scab like the photos of bumble foot online- maybe it is an early case? Any advice welcomed! Thank you.

It looks more like gout to me or an infection.
If you search for gout in chickens feet with google there is an images option which may help you decide what problem is most likely.
