Is this medicated feed?

I was given this turkey starter for free. They told me that it’s medicated feed but I looked all over and it looks like normal feed. Does anyone know this brand of turkey starter? Is it medicated or non medicated?

Also will I need to add niacin in the turkey starter for goslings?

I don't see any sign of Medicated on the tag. But the feed is 8 months old. I had feed go bad stored in my house at 5 months past mill date.
The medication would be listed on the tag.

x2! That feed isn't medicated, but it's too old to feed! Pitch it and buy fresh, within one month of the mill date, and use it up within another month.
