My little gander has had something like a consistent buldge on the side of his neck. I thought it was fat or muscle but I touched it (he didn't like that) and it's hard and feels like vertebrae

He can do everything fine and doesn't seem to be in too much pain except if I touch it. He has taken a few tumbles though. Is there anything I can do? No vet around here (close) treats waterfowl

Hmm it’s definitely a little off, but here’s a video (not my video) of a goose hatched with wry neck. Looks like they documented its maturation and even with wry neck the adult goose can still function relatively well it appears.
