Hello all! I am the proud owner of eight 9 week old chickens from My Pet Chicken. They were all "confirmed" females but you know how that goes... one of my Easter Egger "hens" (AKA: Wasabi) has been making me very suspicious lately. Very developed and red comb, protective behavior such as watching the skies, and breaking up scuffles between hens. He even likes to stand on the log in the pen and stare around his kingdom. A few pictures attached. The suspected roo is the beautiful orange one.

A bit suspicious, for sure. Wasabi's legs are pretty hefty and those shoulders look awfully red! Can you get a closeup of his/her hackles and saddle feathers? It's hard to see them clearly from a distance.
