I have had dozens of chicks hatch like this. Leave it alone. It looks like all the cording that keeps the chick attached to the egg. It might also be the droppings that the chick left inside the egg during the hatching process.Is this yolk that hasnāt absorbed or part of the sac?
I agree. Just cording and some not important stuff. It will dry and fall off. The gosling should be fine.It looks like left over egg material and not the intestines. Let it rest in the incubator till that blob shrinks then transfer to your brooder.
