Issues with AccuHatch Pro Cabinet

I purchased the AccuHatch Pro Cabinet incubator from incubator warehouse and it does not seem to be keeping temp or humidity as displayed. I have multiple hygrometers in different spots in the cabinet, and they are all different from what is displayed on the cabinet. Has anyone used this cabinet incubator before? I bought two of them, one of which is still on its way. I have a massive hatch at the end of this month (200+ eggs) and nervous about the difference I am seeing. The whole point in investing in a cabinet incubator is because they are supposed to be the most accurate! Any help is appreciated.

I'd contact the manufacturer and ask them about it.

Are your thermometers and hygrometers calibrated? Have you tried switching them around to see how consistent the readings are in different locations inside? Is there a pattern where the higher temperatures are higher in the incubator? That might mean a fan problem. Different humidities also indicate a fan issue if your instruments are reading correctly..

Have you given it enough time to stabilize? That does not sound like your problem but if I were the manufacturer I'd probably ask.

How stable are the temperature and humidity in the area where you have it set up? Again that does not sound like your problem but can be important for them to operate correctly.
