HI! my chicks are about 5or6 , OR 6or7 weeks. well its raining and i dont know if they will be all right out side in rain?? I opened up coop and they ALL ran out. i put themback inside. but would they be good outside. yesterday it was overcast W/light rain (was 2 cold for me to hang out with them but they seem happy) IS IT O.K. TO LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE???????? NOW IT'S 49 OUTSIDE with a high of 58 today. (tried to put food in coop yesterday to trick them back inside they would come eat then hop back outside.)

THANKS Jesse

That seems a little young for unsupervised free ranging to me, or are they just out in the run? If they're just out in the run, I wouldn't worry about it. They'll go back into the coop if they want to. If the run is uncovered (or you're free ranging), you can make them a little lean-to so they have a dry spot in case they're too young to KNOW to go back into the coop.
