JMHO think maybe Sausage and potato tonight

I've made my potato and sausage dish for years and it never gets old or gets wasted

I love soup, most often I just make whatever I have soup, I am vegetarian so lots of veggies. Some of my favorites though:
Green chili corn chowder ( made last night and no leftovers)
White bean with mustard greens
Hungarian mushroom

We had a bumper crop of tomatoes this year so looking forward to trying to made some roasted tomato and basil!

I have been I vegetarian since birth, I do eat fish though. And thank you, all these recipes have my brain going.

Sounds really good. I’ve never had curry before except at this soup tasting thing.

Super easy if you buy a good paste. And good coconut milk! My favorite brand is Mae Ploy brand
