Late blooming rooster?

Hi all, long time no see. I have one bird I've always been very suspicious of, I asked in my local FB group a few weeks back and the general consensus was a ratty looking hen that hasn't feathered out properly. Well now I'm beginning to get confused again, the bird is roughly 15-16 weeks old, the feathers to me say roo but the face and legs don't and the bird is super skinny. It's starting to throw black/green out in its neck now too. TIA.

I think pullet.

Even though the tail is rooish the head looks completely pullet so I think that's what she is.

I think I see pointy saddle feathers so I think late blooming cockerel but might be a case of wait and see

Yeah I wasn't sure if those are saddle feathers or not. Do you have another rooster? That's usually a reason for other roos to develop late.

Yeah they are starting to look pointy to me too, plus the bird is very wet looking which I've been told is a trait of roos. No other roos these are our first 5 chooks with 3 more in the brooder
