I've already been on BYC for a few days now but I figured an introduction is better late than never right
Anyways, I've got 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a small flock of 5 senior hens. I have 4 babies, 3 pullets and 1 I'm not sure. (rlly hoping it's a cockerel ) Breeds for larger flock are 1 ISA brown, 1 creme legbar mix, 1 hatchery easter egger mix, 1 buff plymouth rock, and 1 more hatchery mix.
The chicks are all different breeds as well. The one that I'm not sure is a boy or girl is one that I hatched myself and their a mix between a my buff rock hen and my late buff orpington rooster. The other pullets are a Golden laced Wyandotte, a Americana, and what I think was another hatchery mix I honestly can't remember as I bought them in a hurry (long story lol)
A will also be ordering 15 pullets (possibly 1 of those will be a rooster) in spring. I'm going to be doing a run renovation soon intime for the new spring chicks to join my flock.
I'm also working on building a new house and run for a couple of call ducks I will also be getting this spring. I will ALSO be building a second coop and buying a run this this spring as well to make room for bantam flock and ALSO building a coop and run for a rooster flock, so yeah, a lot of new projects coming along.
Possibly sheep as well but most likely not next year as I'm already adding quite a lot lol. But anyways that's my introduction hopefully I didn't bore anyone . (I have a few people lined up to buy eggs from me once my future pullets start producing to help pay for feed as a still live with my parents) Thanks for reading!
