Hiya, and welcome to BYC! You have a lot in common with many of us. With me, it's nearly everything! I'm contracted, working on a 2nd coop for breeding, love to camp and photography, and am addicted to breeding my chickens so I can incubate their eggs and see what they've created!

Good luck trying to limit yourself to "only" anything when it comes to chickens! I have been far from successful in doing that. And, best wishes on the second coop -- I passed that number a long time ago.

So, while I may not be a good role model, I am sincere in welcoming you to BYC. It's good to meet you!

I know it’s so hard because I want to keep them all. I did get manage to get rid of a few chicken breeds I wasn’t found of.
I’ve successfully had 3 hatches and 1 complete failure. And I’ve only kept a few from my hatches of 5 I only kept 2. The second hatch of 26 I have only kept 3. And my last hatch they are just 6 weeks old today, still getting their feathers can’t wait till I know if I have hens or Roos.
