I don't recall ever hearing of a lavender orpington. How adorable. She looks to be light grayish. Surly she's not actually purple tinted is she? She's beautiful.

He is grey, with a slight hint of purple tint! Slightly different then the blue tinted. Although he is only 4 weeks old, his roosterness is already obvious!

I am so in love with Orpingtons. If I didn't also love Brahmas so much I would have a flock of just Orps! Who am I kidding I could never just pick one breed, but the Orps sure are special!!!

I love the Orpingtons also! I have buff and black, now I want to add a couple of blues and blue splashes... As I think this little man will become my main Rooster.
