Does this vent look concerning? See pictures below...

This leghorn had a dirty butt when I looked at her yesterday but I couldn't catch her. Fast forward to tonight my son helped me grab her off the roost bar and get a picture. (Other ten hens at a glance look fine.) Also It looks cleaner then what it did yesterday.. she has been laying every other day or daily sometimes. Have noticed a few poop streak marks on her eggs but nothing major. Today her egg was a little pointer then normal. So I'm wondering if this is due to stress from us fixing a roof, the kids giving them oatmeal and banana treat, mud and dirt or something more. We also just added some peat moss to a tub for them to bathe in since everything else was frozen over..... fast forward a few days our outdoor run turned into a mucky dirty mess. Figured out the roof was leaking so we got it fixed and put some pinechips down to dry it out temporarily.
