I bought a quad of Lemon Blues last year to go with a splash hen I had. Supposedly they are Ledford line, and look like female line birds. My hens are very petite with good form, very calm and great flyers. The smallest one can practically hover. Cock bird is mean as a rattlesnake, though. He's a biter. They just started laying last month and the eggs are fertile, so hoping to hatch some off soon. They are hard to come by around here, I lucked into mine when someone else's deal fell through. They are lots of great breeders producing these birds, but those guys usually charge around $50 per bird at the least, if you don't mind paying that much. It's the best way to get quality birds.
