We just got a batch of chicks today and one of my girls isn't doing so hot. She would lay flat with her legs behind her and wouldn't open her eyes when we got her home. I've use a dropper to get her some sugar water and she's been hanging out under the warmer. She seems to be perking up and is standing now and has her eyes open but is still less active then my other babies. I'm afraid to get my hopes up too high but I'm hopeful she can pull through. How often should I be giving her the sugar water?
