Lethargic Hen, Lump in throat?

Is the white part of her poop on the yellowish side, or is that the lighting? I would check some other crops of your hens just to get familiar with what they feel like. They should be full by evening when they go to roost, and by morning be mostly empty and flat. If they are not empty, then they may have a crop disorder. Chilled coconut oil cut into small pieces can be offered and then the crop can be massages. She could have a reproductive disorder or a crop problem. Offer fluids with some electrolytes, and a little wet chicken feed plus a few bits of cooked egg. Let us know how the crop feels in the morning. Here is a good article to read about crop disorders:

It is yellow. She hadnt pooped all day after that but i did check this morning, and she had pooped once last night runny again but no yellow this time just white and balck. I couldn't get her to eat last night either. She attempted like she was going to take a bite or two but then wouldn't eat. I did get her to drink a few times on her own but she is still the same this morning. Her crop feels empty she just has this hard pointy almost feels bone like knot there under her wattles and none of the other chickens have that.

You could be feeling her tracheal cartilage. Down below that is her breastbone or keel which is more prominent in thinner hens. Did you feel her crop early this am? It looks full in her pictures, but has it emptied any? Have you practiced feeling the crop on the others? If her crop is full and firm, offer some chilled coconut oil cut into pieces, 1-2 tsp. Then massage the crop several times a day. Offer water often, and electrolytes would be helpful since she is not eating. You can dip her beak into a small cup to coax her to drink. Tube feeding fluids is also something you can learn.
