Lets see your Chewy Portraits!

Does anyone order from the online pet supply, "Chewy"? On your profile on their website you can upload photos of your pets, I had uploaded a few chicken photos just for fun a few years ago, although I usually only order dog supplies.

Anyway, once in a while they will have an artist paint your pets portrait for free, it came as a total surprise in the mail the other day as I never thought anyone would paint my hen! This hen is no longer living, but she was my favorite gal, what a way to honor her! Does anyone else have a Chewy Portrait? Lets see them!

I've always wanted one of these to show up in my mail, but I guess it never will because I don't put my dogs in my profile.


That's a wonderful picture of your hen. I'd love to see other's portraits too.

Yes I got one of my Speckled Sussex and was so surprised! I have 1 dog and 4 hens (now 3) whose profiles are on Chewy with their pics. I love the portrait so much. I wish I could get one of all my babies but they don't do them on request and you can't buy them.
Chewy's is a great company. Very compassionate and customer friendly. I used to work with their CFO back on early 2000s with another company. One of my dear friends recently lost her beloved cat and they sent her flowers! Also when you purchase and need to return an item sometimes they refund you and tell you that you don't need to send it back but to donate it to a local shelter. I guess it's not worth the logistics and return cost. But I find that to be so wonderful.

I had no idea this was a thing! Only thing we ordered from chewy's is dog food but maybe I'll upload a picture of my dog and see if anything happens.
How large is the painting? I'm guessing fairly small.

Yes it is a thing, they are fun to receive! They are about 6"x6".

Upload a photo and see how it goes, give it time though, my hens picture was up for a few years and I am just now getting the portrait.
