I am interested in starting to keep chickens. I am not very handy and I work full time so I want a pre-made coop and ran into this one on the internet. It is reasonable and looks pretty good, but I was hoping that someone had used it and could give me a review. Thanks!

Well, my coop was delivered on Friday, raining of course. Saturday, the first nice day we have had in a week and their web site goes down. One guess where the instruction manual was to put this blasted thing together. RIGHT, on the web site that I can no longer get to. By late afternoon, most of the web site is back up but still no manual. Can you say, "NOT HAPPY!"

We got the floor kit put together (It had instructions in the packet.) Put down our vinyl flooring and covered all the parts up again with tarps and plastic. Can't do much without the instructions and it is supposed to rain the rest of the week.

On a good note, The floor kit was very nice. The 2x4's were straight and the flooring was already cut to size and it went together perfectly. The panelized kit looks wonderful. The siding is already primed and just needs painted. They provided screws (not nails) to put the whole thing together with and the framing in 2x4 16" on center. Nice quality!

If it wasn't for the instruction manual problem, I would recommend them in a heart-beat! Once we get that fixed, I probably will. It just really stinks that today is the first nice day for working outside. Everyone else was probably downloading their manuals and crashed the server.

Hello, we ordered the 6x8 Gambrel Chicken Coop from Little Cottage company and we couldn't be happier! It was SOOOO easy to put together and very well constructed. The wood is top quality and all the accessories are heavy duty. Comes primed also! Well worth the money

We are just finishing ours that we designed and built, my husband is pretty handy and actually enjoys the challenge. But I think the price is great especially knowing what it has cost us, good for you, I love it!

Update from me. The manual was uploaded and wow did they do a nice job on it. Pictures and everything! Aside from a bump in the road, this company gets an A+ from me. Now if the weather would cooperate, I could get my (6 week old) chickens out of the basement and into their coop. They even re-did their web site a bit to make it easier to navigate.

My husband and I are interested in getting the round top coop. Any update. We would love to see the instructions but I guess you don't get them until you buy them.

JBV.
