Lowes playhouse 4x4 "My Little Playhouse" Kankakee Illinois $149!

Yea, my local Lowe's would never match the price even 6 months ago, so I've just had to watch it for going on sale. They removed them from the online site, so I did have to actually go into the store every once in a while to check their stock and prices. Good luck!

I've called all the local stores in the MD area and none have them, so I am frustrated. I'd love to have one too. It's very frustrating that there are no mid-priced chicken coops or tractors around -- except for the chick-n-barn -- which isn't great, but for the non-handy it's all there is unless you go up to 1200-1700. Someone could make a lot of money producing a mid range coop like My little playhouse for a reasonable price.

I'm lucky that my hubby is extremely crafty! He can pretty much build anything! And the man is an IT guy! lol Go figure!

A couple of days ago I found two Lowe's in Upstate NY by Syracuse that still had the "My Little Playhouse" for $169. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the shipping which was approximately $360. Also, factoring in the tax made it way out of my price range.

Here are the two telephone numbers for anyone who is interested: (315) 350-8961 for Cicero (Store #2541) and (315) 903-9962 for Macedon (Store#2668).

I hope that this helps someone! Don't depend on the website. One store stated that they had a lot of them in stock.

BTW, when I called Illionois, I was told that someone had made a big purchasing error and did order them for Christmas and that they did sell them below cost because of the blunder. As the temperatures began to rise, so did the price!

Oops...just checked my notes...$169.15 to be precise. What's with the fifteen cents?

did a search and can't find one within driving distance here in the middle of nowhere, Michigan

I was SO excited to see this.........and now SO depressed! I can't find one anywhere here in Florida. I am just dying to have chickens! Last month we closed on 2.5 acres where my little Norwegian Fjord is happily living - and now I WANT CHICKENS! My problem is my husband and I cannot build anything - we are building-disabled....and I thought I'd found the perfect answer............I'm so frustrated...

hmmmmm My very first post here (I've been reading and lurking for a few months trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can) and I sound like a whiner...sorry!

On a happier note: I LOVE this site!
